Zillow Zestimates can be helpful for providing a range of value for your property. They are not unlike the assessed values made by the government for tax purposes. Both are GENERALLY somewhere around a potential price. However, to nail the price, I believe you need a really good real estate agent/broker to help you. They can take into account ALL market evidence AND provide you a sense of A DIRECTION for the market that no computer can divine.
