I do a great deal of work in with the sale of properties owned by estates. Over the years, I have had a chance to witness great and poor estate planning. In this video (part 1 of 2), I discuss 2 of the major mistakes I have seen over and over again. Let’s agree on two things. One, we are all going to die. Two, none of know when it will happen. Given these two agreements, to leave your loved ones in the best place, it is really important to properly plan for the day you are gone.
