The $400,000,000 proposed settlement with the National Association of Realtors is scheduled for court approval on August 17.  Once approved, this settlement will have far reaching ramifications and will lead to changes in the standard practices Realtors have used for years.  This begs the question “Where are we now?”  In this video I discuss what you can expect if your are home hunting this summer.  Spoiler alert…can you say business as usual?
